AvPro Controls provide a range
of capabilities from simple equipment management (EMS) to our most sophisticated
Material State Management (MSM) system, which uses advanced chemical and viscosity
sensors with ImagedTM validation to laboratory equipment. All AvPro controls are
based on a common interface and can be upgraded as needs develop.
CSS300 is the premier processing software
for composite and adhesive processing. This software package includes - PCI, Profile Editor,
QC Reports, Assignment Editor, and Data Server.

PCI - Process control Interface
PCI is the main screen used for controlling all parameters used in a process run.
The PCI displays time, temperatures, pressure, and vacuum levels dynamically during a run. Both the bar graph and the line graph can easily be modified. The PCI also
allows the user to make needed modifications during a run.

Profile Editor The Profile Editor supports all industry standard profiles and recipes. It has a simple drag and drop graphical generator that is
easy to create and edit profiles.
Unlimited number of profile and profile steps can be saved and generated.

Data Server
Data Server
performs data acquisition between control hardware and software. The
Data Server is compatible with most PLC hardware
|
|
Assignment Editor The Assignment Editor allows the operator or engineer to assign available sensors
to parts. The Assignment Editor also displays the available parts and sensors to
the operator |
|
PST – Process Simulator Tool
The Process Simulator Tool allows the use to simulate production runs using various
sensor types and resin systems. The simulator is ideal for doing load variation
assessments, profile development, and thermal profiling tooling.

QC Reports
Displays run data and quality control reports. The user is able to perform data analysis and examine system reports. All data is stored in db files, which can be accessed by most third party software programs. Reports can be printed in either graphical or textual formats. |
